What is lamination?
Lamination is the process of processing using special machines called rolling mills. Laminating consists of coating materials with a thin layer of plastic/foil which gives a special aesthetic appearance and protects the base materials from damage (scratching, moisture). This can be done on one or both sides of the base material. Lamination can be done in two ways: cold or thermal (hot).

The lamination process
Panel Land works with some of the largest foil manufacturers in Europe:
Hyundai, Continental/SKAI and Renolit.

Panel Land brand HPL laminates
We laminate the previously exposed special shades only on HPL surface. Execution dimensions: 1.5mmx900x2140mm, 2mmx900x2140mm, 1.5mmx1300x3050mm, 2mmx1300x3050mm.

Panel Land brand PVC laminates
Execution dimensions: 800×2000 mm, 1300×2000 mm (subject to availability), 1300×3000 mm.

RENOLIT EXOFOL MX
It first appeared as an innovation on the market 30 years ago. Using a special adhesive, the foil is laminated on the surface of the PVC/HPL boards with laminating machines.
Exterior decorative foils
They are available in several shades, from classic to modern. The RENOLIT range includes three product quality categories for different applications and climatic zones.
All RENOLIT EXFOL exterior films benefit from the well-known Solar Shield (SST) technology. The pigments in the colored base film reflect infrared radiation, thus substantially reducing heat build-up in the profile.

SKAI/CONTINENTAL FOIL
PVC windows foils
SKAI foil is almost unbeatable in the design of PVC windows.
SKAI products are long-lasting, easy to clean and come in a variety of colors and designs. In Germany, for example, more than 30 percent of window profiles are laminated with this type of foil; in the rest of Europe, the proportion of surfaces laminated with this type of foil is comparable or even higher, and the trend continues to grow.
